Wanna improve your flying skills? Weather you want to explore tunnel flying or you want to boost your progression in the sky, those camps are the perfect opportunity.
We are going to create together guidelines towards your goals and develop new skills through low speed exercises.
I consider the tunnel as a laboratory that allows us to explore flying and understand how to use efficiently our body. Beyond learning how to fly lines and moves, this environment gives us a unique opportunity to learn how to generate lift and weight shifting with the different parts of our body. Using low speed we can break down all the lines and moves into very simple exercises to create feelings and muscle memory. Once those basics learned, we can connect them one by one and work on the dynamic to fly lines and moves.
To my mind, this process has two major advantages. First, it enables us to become efficient and to learn how to fly rather than send moves. And second, moving slowly in the air gives us enough time to understand each part of the lines and build visual and muscle memory.
Beside tunnel flying, I have different workshops that we can do (or not) during the camp: daily warm up and stretching sessions, meditation, visualization, mental preparation. We can also work on stress, fear and anxiety 😉.
Those camps are “all inclusive”, they include 5h30 coached, transportation from the airport back and forth (Chopin airport), 5 nights in Flyspot and 15 meals at the flyspot bar.
