Somewhere between the Atlantic horizon and the open sky, a wind tunnel hums to life aboard a Royal Caribbean cruise ship. RipCord by iFly 4 is one of the most extraordinary places in the world to experience indoor skydiving — not because of record-breaking chamber dimensions, but because the ocean is right outside the window. Opened in 2019, it brings the full iFly experience to the high seas.
Step into the glass flight chamber and 120 mph winds lift you effortlessly off the mesh floor — and with the ship's gentle roll beneath you, the sensation of floating feels genuinely otherworldly. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned tunnel flyer, the novelty of freefalling while cruising international waters adds an entirely new layer to the experience.
Indoor Skydiving on a Cruise Ship
As part of the Royal Caribbean fleet, this tunnel travels the world's oceans, meaning your location changes with every voyage. From the Caribbean to the Mediterranean, the tunnel is accessible to guests sailing aboard the vessel — making it one of the most geographically unique wind tunnels on the cruise ship circuit globally.
