Tucked into the Normandy town of Mondeville, just east of Caen, AirFly has been delivering the thrill of freefall since 2015 — making it one of the more established wind tunnels in northern France. Its focused, boutique setup gives it a friendly, community-driven atmosphere that larger facilities sometimes lack.

The 2.5-metre chamber is perfectly sized for solo flyers and small groups, concentrating the airflow to create a responsive, immediate sensation of lift. First-timers find the scale reassuring rather than overwhelming, whilst experienced flyers appreciate the precision it demands — every body position tweak produces a noticeable, satisfying result in the air.
