Ivan Ifčo Farbak‎: “I’ve been raised among skydivers. That’s no wonder that throughout my childhood I used to enjoy plenty of time at the dropzone. By observing daily routine of skydivers and pilots I realized that despite of the fact that a human being is born to walk, why not to try flying like a bird?

A few years later, when these thoughts almost went off my mind, the most surprising turn in my life happened. I started to work as an instructor in a wind tunnel – an unknown job for many people, for others – a dream one. My world has completely changed since then.

My childhood’s dreams are coming true. The time spent in the wind tunnel have taught me how to control my body in the wind and at the same time I understood the harmony of the body and the wind. At the pedagogical university I was focused on a physical education and on the way to teach kids and adults to love sports. Nowadays, I combine my skills of teaching and flying and share my passion and dreams. What is more, I can fulfill the dreams of others to fly.

In the beginning of 2014 I became a member of the Mad Ravens team. Since then we try to push the limits in flying D4W – the most sophisticated discipline in the competition flying. Not only we do compete, but we also spread our knowledge and skills both in the sky and in the tunnel.”
