EVENT DESCRIPTION

The indoor camp is the ultimate indoor experience: 4 days (morning to evening) of Tunnel flying, freediving and all kind of workshops. Within the same event you get to learn and practice freediving and improve your flying skills in the best facilities of the world. Plus cherry on the cake, we will practice different techniques to enhance your ability to learn anything.
Mental preparation being a huge part of freediving, the aim of this camp is also to learn and transfer those powerful skills into your flying experience. The overlap in skills has impacted a lot my learning curve.

Includes:
– 4 hours of tunnel time with coaching in Flyspot
– 3 diving sessions in Deepspot
– 10h of workshops

It’s a 4 days event: from 29th of September to 2nd of October

Thursday
• 8h-13h: Warm up + mental preparation 1/4 + 1h flying
• 13h-15h: Lunch Break
• 15h-16h: Theory Freediving 1/2
• 16h-17h: Master your breath
• 17h-18h: Master your mind
• 18h-19h: Break
• 19h-20h: Master equalization

Friday
• 8h-13h: Warm up + mental preparation 2/4 + 1h flying
• 13h-15h: Lunch Break
• 15h-16h: Transport (40’)
• 16h-17h: Theory Freediving 2/2
• 17h-20h: Diving session 1/3
• 20h-21h: Transport (40’)

Saturday
• 8h-13h: Warm up + mental preparation 3/4 + 1h flying
• 13h-15h: Lunch Break
• 15h-16h: Transport (40’)
• 16h-20h: Diving session 2/3
• 20h-21h: Transport (40’)

Sunday
• 8h-13h: Warm up + mental preparation 4/4 + 1h flying
• 13h-15h: Lunch Break
• 15h-16h: Transport (40’)
• 16h-20h: Diving session 3/3
• 20h-21h: Transport (40’)

Freediving and skydiving have much more in common than you can imagine.

The Basic Package for the event without food and accomodation is 3000€.

I have also all inclusive packages with healthy food and accomodation with Spa on demande.
