Lund is a historic university city in southern Sweden, sitting comfortably within the wider adventure sports scene of Europe. The region is well connected and attracts visitors year-round. Indoor skydiving takes place inside a vertical wind tunnel. Powerful fans generate a column of air strong enough to lift your body off the ground. You float, spin, and manoeuvre in a controlled environment with no aircraft involved. A trained instructor guides you throughout the session. The tunnel itself is typically a glass-walled chamber, allowing spectators to watch from outside. Sessions are short but physically engaging, and most people feel an immediate rush from the very first moment of flight.
Indoor skydiving genuinely suits all skill levels. Beginners receive full safety briefings and hands-on instructor support before entering the tunnel. In addition, experienced flyers can develop advanced body flight techniques, including head-down positions and dynamic freestyle moves. Whether you’re curious about the basics or training seriously, it’s worth reading our prices and cost guide before booking. Understanding what’s included in a standard package helps you choose the right session length and avoid any surprises on the day.
