Nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps, RealFly Sion sits in one of Europe's most dramatic mountain settings, offering indoor skydiving against a backdrop of snow-capped peaks. Opened in 2014, it remains one of Switzerland's most celebrated wind tunnels — a destination in its own right, not merely an attraction.

The 4.3-metre chamber is genuinely generous, giving first-timers room to find their balance without feeling cramped, whilst experienced flyers have the space to carve dynamic moves and experiment with technique. The smooth, powerful airflow translates into a sensation that is remarkably close to true freefall — exhilarating, freeing, and utterly addictive from the very first second.

Indoor Skydiving in Sion, Switzerland

Sion itself is a compact, characterful city in the canton of Valais — not Geneva, as is sometimes assumed — surrounded by vineyards and Alpine terrain. The tunnel draws visitors from across Switzerland and neighbouring France and Italy, and pairs brilliantly with skiing, hiking, or exploring Sion's medieval castles.
