MARQUEZ AND PEDROSA FLOATING ON AIR (VIDEO)

Repsol Honda Team pilots try indoor skydiving for the first time

A week after the first MotoGP test of 2018, world champion Marc Marquez and his team-mate Dani Pedrosa enjoyed a unique experience in Madrid. Accustomed to reaching speeds of over 340 m/h and something akin to flying at race tracks, Márquez and Pedrosa floated on air in the Madrid facility in a vertical current of adjustable speed between 180 and 300 km/h trying indoor skydiving for the first time.

It was my first experience in a vertical wind tunnel and it’s completely unique,” said Marquez. “When you are there inside it is quite high up, and it gives you the feeling that you are rising very quickly,” Pedrosa commented.

You don’t need to be a world champion to fly like Marc and Dani, you have just to find out your closest wind tunnel and enjoy your first flight.
